Wether you’re designing or developing for web, these books are must-reads! Eathan Marcotte was the guy to coin the term “The Responsive Web” and his own book on the subject needs to be on everybodys night table! In Mobile First author Luke Wroblewski give an easy and understandable introduction to an emerging simple (but very powerful) design principle. A Book Apart is offering them as a bundle for almost nothing.

I joined Pinterest to see what the fuzz is all about. Pinterest is an interesting way to create moodboards and share them with others – you ‘pin’ something you like to a board and others can ‘re-pin’ it.

Services like Pinterest and Tumbler sits right in the middle of the roaring debate on copyright and the web. When you see a photograph on Pinterest the photographer isn’t credited in any way and often it’s downright impossible to find out who the artist is. That troubles me both as a creator but also as an ordinary user. I see a great photo, but who is the people in the photo and who made it – I want to know to find out more about the photographer etc.

Some of you will recognize him as the greatest bicycle rider the world ever saw, but if you don’t know him by his face, you’re lost. Okay I gave you a little hint by calling him Eddy, but I could have written anything. Next up, who took that portrait? It’s an amazing photo in its own right, but I haven’t got a clue who made it, and it’s very difficult to find out.

If you know Danish hip hop you know DJ Static … and for those of you who don’t, he has been part of the Danish hip hop scene since forever and I think everyone agrees he has been on of the true pioneers.

DJ Static came to me earlier this year telling me about his insane project – to perform his not yet written upcoming album with a 27 piece big band and nearly 30 solo artists. Of course I didn’t even hesitate to say yes when he told me he wanted me to do the visuals. Together with his crew from Hele Vejen we made an unique mood space for each of the 19 tracks combining locations shots, macro, CG and heavy FX
